  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can coconut

Directions

    Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour, milk, vanilla and coconut. Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Pour divided butter into 2 pie pans (9-inch pie pan). Pour excess into pie mixture. Mix well and pour into pans. Cook about 30 minutes at 350°.
