- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Add sugar, beaten eggs, milk, flour, coconut and vanilla, in that order.

3Makes 14 small tarts or one 9-inch pie. Use Bama tart shells.

4Bake at 350° until browned.
