  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 lb. light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Melt oleo.

    Add sugar, beaten eggs, milk, flour, coconut and vanilla, in that order.

    Makes 14 small tarts or one 9-inch pie. Use Bama tart shells.

    Bake at 350° until browned.
