- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1Put egg yolks and next 3 ingredients in double boiler.

2Boil until thick.

3Remove from heat and add coconut.

4Mix well and pour into two already baked pie shells.

5Beat egg whites until stand to a peak.

6Add sugar to taste or 1/3 cup sugar.

7Spread on pies. Bake at 350° until crust is light brown.
