- 1 lb. whipped margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 9 eggs
- 3 c. flour, sifted 5 times
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut or 1 1/2 c. finely ground coconut
Directions

1Cream together margarine and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

2Add vanilla; stir in flour, 1 cup at a time. Fold in coconut.

3Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 300° for 1 hour and then at 350° for 30 more minutes.
