  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1 small can coconut

    Cream sugar and Crisco.

    Add alternately with buttermilk.
