  • enough shredded coconut to form a stiff paste

    Using egg cups, pack mixture into cup.

    After packing, run egg cup under cold water to allow mixture to come out.

    Place pyramids on wax paper on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
