- 3 cups rum
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 32 ounces salmon steaks
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven 350 fan on low.

2Boil rum and sugar for 3 minutes.

3Cool rum sugar and add molasses.

4Baste salmon with rum sauce.

5press coconut on salman and dust with paprika.

6Bake for 8 minutes basting halfway.

7Serve with unused sauce on top.
