Directions

1Whisk together coconut milk and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-high; cook, whisking often, until sugar is dissolved and mixture is emulsified, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
