- 1 pound confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Line 8-inch x 4-inch x 3-inch dish with waxed paper.

2In a 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole, stir together sugar, coffee granules in milk, salt, milk, and vanilla. Put butter on top of mixture in center of the dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir vigorously until smooth. Blend in nuts.

3Pour into pan; chill 1 hour, then cut into squares.
