  • 1 white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 12 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pie filling (optional)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 -3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons cold butter or 12 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 -2 tablespoon milk

    Make the topping and set aside-.

    mix the dry ingredients.

    add cinnamon if you like.

    cut in cold butter or margarine until it forms small crumbles.

    cream margarine & sugars.

    add the eggs & vanilla.

    add dry ingredients alternately with the milk.

    mix well.

    divide into 4 round pans or 2 13x9 pans-divide the pie filling on top.

    divide the topping over the cakes.

    bake at 350 degrees for about 40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.

    MIX MILK AND POWDERED SUGAR TO A THIN MIXTURE.
