  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. small marshmallows

Directions

  1. 1
    Cream butter and sugar with mixer. Add eggs and beat well. Bring the Coke to a boil with cocoa; add vanilla to butter mixture, then add the buttermilk, flour and baking soda. Add marshmallows last. Batter will be thick. Pour into a well sprayed 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish or pan. Bake at 350° until cake tests done, about 20 to 30 minutes.
