  • 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. marshmallows (about 22 large ones)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Using a saucepan, combine Coca-Cola, butter, oil and cocoa. Bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat and add marshmallows.

    Let melt.

    Combine flour, sugar and soda in bowl.

    Combine buttermilk, beaten eggs and vanilla in another bowl.
