- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 4 ears corn
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Peel tomatoes; remove seeds and dice.

2Chop squash.

3Scrape corn from cobs.

4Heat oleo in large skillet.

5Add onion; cook 5 minutes.

6Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

7Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cook on low 15 to 20 minutes, stirring now and then.
