  • 10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 10 oz. frozen peas
  • lemon juice
  • 3 sticks chopped celery (opt.)
  • 1 small onion (chopped) (opt.)
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. sour cream or French onion dip
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs

Directions

    Thaw and thoroughly drain broccoli and peas.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Add celery, onion, salt and pepper.

    Combine mayonnaise and sour cream or onion dip.
