  • 3 to 4 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • diced, cooked potatoes

    Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

    Add half and half and buttermilk to cucumber mixture; mix well.
