  • 1/2 lb spaghetti
  • sauce:
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp chile garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • thin with 1/3 cup water

    cook noodle and rinse with cold water.

    toss sauce with pasta and thin with water if needed.

    Serve topped with shredded bok choy and carrots and chopped peanuts.
