Ingredients

  • 1 large can white corn
  • 1 large can French-style green beans
  • 1 small can early peas
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Drain all canned vegetables, then add green pepper, onion and celery.

    In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture.

    Marinate overnight, then drain liquid and eat!
