- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Shred cabbage.

2Cut pepper and onion and mix with cabbage. Heat to boiling point the vinegar, sugar, oil, honey and salt. Watch when this comes to a boil, it could boil over easily.

3Pour hot mixture over slaw.

4Cool and refrigerate.

5Will keep for two weeks or more.
