  • 1 head cabbage, chopped and shredded
  • 1 green or red pepper, cut into rings or chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • few drops liquid butter or spritz of butter flavored Pam
  • 1 packet Sweet 'N Low or Equal
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. white vinegar

    In a saucepan combine ingredients.

    Bring to a rolling boil; keep stirring.

    Pour over slaw.

    Do not toss.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Toss before serving and sprinkle with celery seed.
