- 5 to 6 c. sliced apples
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- pastry for double crust 9-inch pie
Directions

1Line 9-inch pan with 1/2 of pastry or use any prepared crust. Arrange apples in unbaked shell.

2Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.

3Dot with margarine.

4Cover with remaining crust and flute and seal edges.

5Slash several holes in top for air to come out.

6Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours or until crust is golden brown and apples are tender.
