  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 18 soda crackers
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 5 tsp. jelly or preserves
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut

    Beat egg whites until foamy.

    Add cream of tartar.

    Beat until stiff.

    Add sugar gradually.

    Fold in vanilla, soda crackers and nuts.

    Bake in greased 12 x 6-inch pan at 350° for about 20 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
