  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small can sauerkraut (about 16 oz.)
  • 2 pkg. wafer corned beef, chopped

Directions

    Mix all together; add enough mayonnaise to moisten (about 1 cup).

    Bake 20 minutes at 325° or until cheese is melted.
