Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen Brussels Sprouts or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 3 to 4 c. finely cubed ham
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.

    Place in shallow 2 quart baking dish.

    Top with ham.

    Mix mayonnaise, soup and vinegar.

    Pour over ham mixture.

    Mix bread crumbs and cheese.

    Sprinkle evenly over top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
