  • 2 1/4 lb. white chocolate (1 pkg. + 6 sq. = 2 1/4 lb.)
  • 2 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Directions

    Melt white chocolate and peanut butter in a 200° oven for about 20 to 30 minutes. Stir when melted until smooth and well blended. Pour into large mixing bowl and add Rice Krispies, marshmallows and peanuts. Stir until well blended and drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in freezer for a few minutes to harden. (They will pop off the cookie sheet, like ice cubes in a tray!) Store in an airtight container.
