- 1 lb. round steak, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown steak in butter. Add mushrooms. Stir in soup mix and flour. Add milk and water. Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Stir twice while cooking.

2Blend in sour cream.

3Heat through. Do not boil.

4Serve over rice or noodles.
