- 2 (18 ounce) packages refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract, divided
- 14-12 cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans

1Preheat over to 350 degrees.

4Make a mound of one package cookie dough.

9Spread jam evenly over top of dough in pan.

10Sprinkle pecans over jam.

11Drop pieces of second dough mixture over pecans.

12Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

13Lift out by foil.

14Halve; cut off ends, then cut on the diagonal.
