- 4 sirloin steaks Lean, 1/3 pound each
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 4 slices ham Danish
- 4 slices cheese Svenbo or Danbo
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup butter
- lemon
- parsley
Directions

1Pound steaks until approximately 4x7 inches.

2Spread with mustard.

3Top each with slice of ham and of cheese.

4(Both slices smaller than steaks).

5Fold steaks over, secure with skewers.

6Mix flour with spices.

7Dip each steak in flour on both sides, then in egg, finally in bread crumbs.
