- 12 thin pork steaks (boneless)
- 12 thin slices cooked ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- cooking oil
Directions

1Flatten steaks to 1/4-inch thickness.

2On each of 6 steaks, place 1 slice ham, 1 slice cheese, then another slice ham, trimming ham and cheese to make smaller than pork steak.

3Cover with remaining steak.

4Press edges together to seal.

5Season both sides of pork.

6In shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk together.

7Dip pork with egg mixture, then coat completely with bread crumbs. Heat 1/2-inch oil in skillet.

8Cook coated pork in hot oil until golden brown.

9Put in large baking pan.

10Finish cooking in 325° oven for 30 minutes.

11Serve with tossed salad.
