  • 1 (9 x 9-inch) pan baked corn bread
  • 1 can light red kidney beans
  • 1 can whole corn
  • green bell peppers
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • bacon bits
  • salsa
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Crumble corn bread for the first layer. Add beans, corn, diced peppers, diced tomatoes and diced onion. Sprinkle bacon bits over this. Spread a layer of salsa (hot, medium or mild) over layers. Mix Ranch dressing with sour cream and layer over salsa. Top with cheese and bacon bits.
