- 1 (9 x 9-inch) pan baked corn bread
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can whole corn
- green bell peppers
- tomatoes
- onions
- bacon bits
- salsa
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Crumble corn bread for the first layer. Add beans, corn, diced peppers, diced tomatoes and diced onion. Sprinkle bacon bits over this. Spread a layer of salsa (hot, medium or mild) over layers. Mix Ranch dressing with sour cream and layer over salsa. Top with cheese and bacon bits.
