  • 1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 or 4 pieces of bacon

Directions

    Cook 3 or 4 pieces of bacon until crisp.

    Crumble cool bread and crumble; add remaining ingredients.

    Toss lightly and moisten with Miracle Whip.

    Cheese is good in this.

    Mix all but bacon in with Miracle Whip, then pour over bread and bacon.

    Toss.
