- 1 pan cooked corn bread, broken into pieces
- 1 can pinto beans with juice
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 lb. cooked and crumbled smoky bacon
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. pickle juice (sweet)
- 1 c. relish
Directions

1Layer on top of corn bread the beans, onion, pepper, celery, tomato and bacon.

2Mix together mayonnaise, pickle juice and relish.

3Pour this mixture on top and lift edges slightly so it can soak in.

4Chill.
