  • 2 cans cream-style corn or 1 can cream-style and 1 can Mexicorn with juice
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • grated cheese

Directions
