  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread (dry)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained well
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • sauteed onions and green peppers (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and stir well.
