  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix eggs, corn and corn meal together.

    Put 1/2 this mixture in a greased casserole dish.

    Add cheese and green chilies and butter. Then cover with the leftover mixture.

    Bake 45 minutes at 450°.
