- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can corn
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk (one 6 oz. can)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 green pepper, cut in rings
Directions

1Combine 3/4 cup cheese, corn, evaporated milk, eggs and onions together in 1-quart casserole dish.

2Toss bread crumbs with butter and remaining cheese; sprinkle on top.

3Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Top with green pepper rings.
