  • 1/2 lb. sesame seed
  • 1/2 lb. sunflower seeds
  • 8 oz. coconut
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 lb. cashew nut pieces (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and toast in shallow baking pan tray for 1 hour at 325°, stirring mixture thoroughly every 15 minutes.
