- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1can whole kernel sweet corn
- 1can creamed corn
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions

1Soften margarine. Mix with sour cream. Add 2 eggs and milk and mix well. Add jiffy mix and blend together. Add both cans and sugar to preferred sweetness pour into casserole dish and bake, uncovered in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until top starts to brown.
