- 1 can Whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can Cream style corn, undrained
- 2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 6 oz Sour cream
- 1 Salt & White Pepper, to taste
- 1 oz Milk, if mixture seems too dry (but does not need to be over wet)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2Spray a 9x9 glass dish with Pam & pour in corn mixture.

3Bake in a 325F oven for 40 minutes.

4You man need to tent with foil 1/2 - 3/4 way through baking to prevent the top from getting too dark.

5Let rest for 5 min before serving.
