Ingredients

  • 1 can Whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can Cream style corn, undrained
  • 2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 6 oz Sour cream
  • 1 Salt & White Pepper, to taste
  • 1 oz Milk, if mixture seems too dry (but does not need to be over wet)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

    Spray a 9x9 glass dish with Pam & pour in corn mixture.

    Bake in a 325F oven for 40 minutes.

    You man need to tent with foil 1/2 - 3/4 way through baking to prevent the top from getting too dark.

    Let rest for 5 min before serving.
