- 1 can regular corn (do not drain)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

4Add the Jiffy corn mix last. Pour into the baking pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

5Test, using a table knife inserted 1-inch from center.

6Done when knife comes out clean.
