  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, dry
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix together; pour in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

    You may add 1 cup Mozzarella cheese the last minutes of baking.

    Serves 8 to 10.
