- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, dry
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix together; pour in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

2You may add 1 cup Mozzarella cheese the last minutes of baking.
