- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 (7 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (7 oz.) can corn with liquid
- 8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (I use 1 1/2 c. cheese)
Directions

1Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Add whole corn, creamed corn and corn bread mix.

3Gently mix with fork.

4Fold in eggs.

5Mix with fork.

6Drop sour cream by tablespoons in different areas on top of corn mixture.

7Fold in with fork.

8Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 34 or 45 minutes.

9Let cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
