Ingredients

  • 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can Veg-All
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz or Hi Ho crackers
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Drain vegetables and put in a large flat dish.

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, soup, onion and cheese.

    Mix well.

    Put on top of vegetables.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Crush crackers and spread on top.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
