- 1 can (16 oz.) yellow cream-style corn
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; mixing well.

2Spread 1/2 of mixture in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Cover with 1 can (4 or 5 oz.) green chilies, drained and 6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese.

3Spread remaining batter over top. Bake in hot oven, 400° for 30 minutes or until browned.
