  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal
  • 2 small cans green chilies
  • 2 c. grated cheese (save 1/2 c. for top)

    Beat eggs well and mix in all other ingredients.

    Pour into greased casserole and top with cheese.
