  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 small pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Beat eggs with margarine. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes (until set). Sprinkle cheese on top. Serves 8.
