- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix the 2 cans of corn in a baking dish.

2Add remaining ingredients, using only half of cheese.

3Stir well and put other half of cheese on top.

4Cook, uncovered, in preheated oven at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
