  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can cream-style corn (16 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (17 oz.), drained (save 3/4 c. of liquid)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
