- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Melt margarine in 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.

2Mix pulp, eggs and sugar together; alternate milk and dry ingredients.

3Pour melted margarine from pan into mixture.

4Mix well.

5Pour mixture into pan.

6Bake 1 hour at 300° to 325°.

7Top with Cool Whip.
