  • 1 lb. bacon (may use less)
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook bacon; break up and set aside.

    Saute onion and green pepper until tender in a little butter or margarine.

    Stir in the corn and bacon.

    Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish.

    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
