  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (with liquid)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add corn and muffin mix. Gently mix with fork.

    Add eggs and mix gently. Stir in cheese. Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
