- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 can whole kernel corn (with liquid)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add corn and muffin mix. Gently mix with fork.

2Add eggs and mix gently. Stir in cheese. Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
